Sarah’s approach to Psychotherapy is primarily Humanistic and Integrative. She views each individual as unique with endless potential and believes that under the appropriate conditions, everyone has the capability of becoming the best version of themselves.
Sarah uses a range of techniques and interventions from a variety of therapeutic models including CBT and other evidence based approaches which are tailor-made to suit the clients unique needs and circumstances.
She has experience working with a variety of issues including but not limited to, anxiety, panic, depression, suicidal ideation, anger management, work-related stress, low self-esteem and confidence, bereavement and grief, childhood related issues and relationship issues.
Sarah adheres to the Professional Code of Ethics as upheld by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and is currently a pre-accredited member of the organisation.
