Welcome to Primary Care Psychotherapy

Primary Care Psychotherapy has been providing mental health care to the people of Naas, Kildare, Dublin, Wicklow, Meath & Carlow since 2004. We are a team of highly experienced independent Psychotherapists & Psychologists who provide empathic & professional support to families, children, adolescents & adults to help improve their mental health.

We welcome referrals from a range of sources including individuals, parents, GP’S, Psychiatrists, Tusla, schools & local authorities.

As a team we have a special interest in repairing the effects of childhood trauma and attachment disruption. Our founders Attracta Gill MA & Austin Breslin BSc are Internationally trained trauma informed specialists & supervisors and are also the founders of the Irish Institute for Biosynthesis Somatic Trauma Trainings which, offers internationally validated and accredited Somatic Trauma Trainings for professionals.
