Can you help with relationship counselling?
Yes, we can. We offer Marriage and Relationship Counselling for individuals and couples who need to make changes in their present situation.
Do you offer a service to young people with problems?
Yes. We offer one to one counselling for adolescents and children who may be experiencing difficulties in learning, relationships and in emotional & behavioural development. Young people and their families can be helped to work through these stages.
Can you help someone who is depressed, or who is unsure about what to do with their life?
Individual Counselling and/or Psychotherapy sessions are available for people who are in emotional and psychological distress. This can take many forms including depression, fear, anxiety or a loss of meaning in life. Counselling tends to be relatively short term and to focus on current personal difficulties, while psychotherapy is a longer process which helps people to understand the deeper roots of their present circumstances.
Is therapy totally confidential?
Counselling and psychotherapy is a confidential service in almost all situations. However, it is important to note that in certain circumstances ethical and legal obligations must be considered, such as the Child Protection Act which protects the rights and welfare of children and minors. Your therapist will fully outline the limits to confidentiality in the first session.

These bodies include the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).
