Biography

Margaret started her training with PCI College and holds a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.  Margaret then went on to complete a Bsc Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with  Middlesex University, after which she went on to become a fully Accredited Member of I.A.C.P. Margaret is an experienced therapist working with a wide range of issues including relationship issues, loss of self esteem, sexuality, stress, OCD, panick attacks etc.  She uses an Integrative and Person Centered approach calling on different theoretical approaches as required such as CBT, Reality Therapy,  Choice Therapy etc. She works with the four basic princinples of warmth, unconditional positive regard, genuineness and empathy. Margaret works collaboratively with clients to draw on their strengths and resources in order to enhance the quality of their lives.
